Next, we will carry out the agreed work to the highest quality possible. We will handle the floor, ceiling, and everything in between, from insulating your walls to laying carpet all while minimising disruption to your daily life.
Finally, we will fully clean the construction area so that you use it, removing any dust, plaster, or other residue so that your new living space is in the condition you would expect.

How can you prepare your home for a conversion?
To ensure that the conversion process is as smooth and non-disruptive as possible, we would suggest taking a few steps prior to our arrival.
Firstly, keeping the space tidy and empty so that we can get started with our work right away will help reduce the time we take to get started. Since many home conversions take place on old storage rooms (garages, sheds), there may be several items that could get in the way.
This saves us needing to empty it out when we first arrive, which could take a significant amount of time, and stops you suddenly having a lot of possessions that need to be stored elsewhere!
Secondly, making the area as easy as possible for our staff to access, even when you may not be home, can help us finish the project much faster. If we are carrying out a garage conversion, try leaving a side-gate or other access point open to make it easier for us to transport the materials we need at any time!
Lastly, we will work within all expected timeframes and budgets while causing as little disruption as possible, but please inform us of any times or dates where you will need us to pause our work ahead of time. This will help us keep you updated with expected completion dates and help minimise disruption even further!
